RETURN POLICY
At Frankiees, we always try hard to satisfy our dearest customers through the timely delivery of premium-quality products and excellent customer support. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we have a hassle-free return policy for you, giving you the right to return your product within 30 days of your purchase.
Conditions for Returns
- Unused and Unworn: You can return items in their original condition with all tags attached. Unworn items are not returned.
- Original Packaging: You can return items with the original packaging. Only undamaged items are acceptable.
- Receipt or Proof of Purchase: You can return items with a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, we will not accept your return request.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Frankiees’ account.
Head to the “Order History” page and select the order that includes the items you wish to return.
- Initiate the return process by following our instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be solely your responsibility. However, we will bear that cost if the reason behind a return is a mistake on our part or a defective item.
Refund Process
Our quality assurance (QA) will verify the condition of returned items. We will then process a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days
Exchanges
We have an exchange policy that will entertain your exchange request. If you want a different size or item, you need to place a new order and return the original item you purchased earlier. You can exchange an item within 3 business days. Remember that used and damaged items are not exchanged.
